Main production equipment: World-leading 50,000-ton vertical hydraulic press unit, 8,000-ton horizontal extrusion press, 6,000-ton horizontal top-and-bottom extrusion press, 900 cold-rolled steel pipe production equipment system, 4,000-ton extrusion press, 2,000-ton punching and top-and-bottom hydraulic press, medium-frequency hot bending machine with a diameter of 200-1400mm, large well-type heat treatment furnace equipment with a diameter of 2000mm-8000mm and a depth of 2m-13m, and more than 240 sets of various steel pipe processing equipment.

Main products: Steel pipes, pipe fittings, special extruded forgings, and wind power products used in thermal power P91, P92 four major pipelines, Hualong One nuclear power, demonstration fast reactor, military industry, petrochemical industry, mining, marine engineering, shipbuilding, aerospace, etc.

Major domestic customers include: China Zhongyuan Engineering Corporation, China Nuclear Power Dragon Source Technology Co., Ltd., CGN Group, China National Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., Harbin Electric Group, Shenyang Blower Works Group, China First Heavy Industries, China Second Heavy Industries, etc. It also has business contacts with five major power plants, CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, and other power plants, nuclear power plants, and petrochemical enterprises.

The company has won honorary titles such as "High-tech Enterprise," "Hebei Provincial Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise," "Famous Trademark of Hebei Province," and "Hebei Provincial Science and Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises/Small Giant Enterprises." It holds 12 core qualification certificates, including a civil nuclear safety equipment manufacturing certificate and a Class A special equipment safety production standardization level 2 enterprise certificate. The company has a provincial-level R&D center and strong technical R&D capabilities. It holds 17 invention patents and 8 utility model patents. Currently, Honghun Nuclear Equipment is using its self-developed and manufactured 50,000-ton vertical extrusion press unit as a platform to carry out strategic cooperation and R&D with state-owned enterprises and research institutes such as China First Heavy Industries, China Second Heavy Industries, China Nuclear Power Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Metal Research, and Baosteel Special Steel. It actively undertakes major national research projects and vigorously develops high-end products such as Grade 1 nuclear steel pipes, main nuclear pipelines, main nuclear pump casings, CAP1400 nuclear power super pipelines, titanium alloy pipes, large marine diesel engine crankshafts, primary loop pressure pipelines, near-net-shape hot extrusion components of reactor pressure vessels, extruded valve bodies, etc. New products such as G115 high-end steel pipes, main nuclear pump casings, and S90 crankshafts are about to be launched.
